Bus collision kills 2, injures 9 in Seattle

A tour bus collided into a charter bus in Seattle, killing two people and critically injuring nine others.

A fire department spokeswoman said moments ago at the scene that an additional 12 suffered minor injuries and are being sent to a local hospital.

The crash took place at 11:11 a.m. on Thursday on the Aurora Avenue Bridge on Highway 99.

Two sports utility vehicles were involved, as shown on local KOMO TV station. However, possible roles of the SUVs in the incident are unknown. Endit
