Spanish stock market falls 3.11 pct, closes at 9,550 points

Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 3.11 percent on Tuesday to close at 9,550.20 points, down from the 9,856.80 points of Monday.

On Tuesday session, Acerinox shares led falls losing 8.58 percent, followed by Abengoa "B", ArcelorMittal, Sacyr, OHL and IAG that lost 7.65 percent, 6.06 percent, 5.53 percent, 5.40 percent and 5.11 percent respectively.

Tecnicas Reunidas shares also fell losing 1.25 percent, as well as Iberdrola, Bankinter, Bankia and Endesa that lost 1.75 percent, 1.86 percent, 1.88 percent and 1.92 percent respectively.

Spain's risk premium stood at 136.30 points on Tuesday closing time, rising by 10 points since Monday, while Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.9 percent, showing no big variations when compared with Monday. Endit
