Urgent: 15 die of flash floods in western U.S. state

Fifteen people, including six children, were killed in flash flooding hitting the U.S. western state of Utah, officials said Tuesday.

Among the dead, 12 were from two families were stranded on Monday in two vehicles and caught off guard by the raging waters in the town of Hildale. Endi
