Spanish stock market rises 0.89 pct, closes at 9,782 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.89 percent on Tuesday to close at 9,782.50 points, up from the 9,696.40 points of Monday.

On Tuesday session, Bankia shares led rises climbing 3.26 percent, followed by Tecnicas Reunidas, ArcelorMittal, OHL, Gas Natural and Iberdrola that rose 2.62 percent, 2.29 percent, 2.20 percent, 1.64 percent and 1.45 percent respectively.

On the other hand, FCC shares led falls losing 1.08 percent, followed by R.E.C., Sacyr, Mediaset, DIA and AENA that lost 0.65 percent, 0.57 percent, 0.29 percent, 0.28 percent and 0.21 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 139.10 points on Tuesday closing time, falling from the 146.80 points of Monday, and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 2.136 percent, showing no big differences with Monday closing time. Endit
