Dollar trades in upper 120 yen zone in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the upper 120 yen range early Friday in Tokyo, slightly higher from its level in New York overnight.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 120.66-67 yen compared with 120.56-66 yen in New York and 120.87-89 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.1281-1285 dollars and 136.12-15 yen against 1.1276-1286 dollars and 136.02-12 yen in New York and 1.1190-1192 dollars and 135.26-30 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Endi
