Pilot dies in light aircraft crash in Britain

The pilot of a light aircraft has been killed in a crash in Northamptonshire, a county in the East Midlands of England, BBC reported on Friday.

The accident happened at Hinton-in-the Hedges airfield near Brackley.

Next-of-kin were being informed and no further details would be released at this stage, a police spokesman said.

The Air Accidents Investigation Branch said it would now be following up an inquiry with Northamptonshire Police. Endit
