Spanish stock market rises 1.05 pct, closes at 10,042 points

Spanish stock market index Ibex 35 rose 1.05 percent on Thursday to close at 10,042.40 points, up from the 9,938.30 points of Wednesday.

Acerinox shares led rises climbing 7.21 percent, followed by IAG, ArcelorMittal, Grifols, Acciona and DIA that rose 4.31 percent, 3.41 percent, 3.30 percent, 2.13 percent and 1.85 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Abengoa "B" shares led falls losing 6.82 percent, followed by Banco Sabadell, Bankinter, Banco Popular and Caixabank that lost 3.53 percent, 1.35 percent and 1.10 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 135.70 points on Thursday closing time and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 2.089 percent, both showing no big variations in comparison with Wednesday closing time. Endit
