LME base metals close mostly higher on Wednesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) were mostly higher on Wednesday, showing some stability.
Tin jumped after stock draw down in Port Klang. The three-month unofficial tin price was up 425 U.S. dollars, or 2.90 percent, to 15,075 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial copper price rose 10 U.S. dollars, or 0.20 percent, to 5,102.5 U.S. dollars per tonne.
In other metals, the three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 9.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.59 percent, to 1,601.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial lead price lost 7.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.43 percent, to 1,729 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial zinc price was up 5 U.S. dollars, or 0.28 percent, to 1,814 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial nickel price was up 75 U.S. dollars, or 0.76 percent, to 9,912.5 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
