More than 14,000 Narcotic plants destroyed in Albania

The Albanian state police said Monday that more than 14,000 cannabis roots were destroyed during the operations undertaken last weekend across Albania.

According to a press statement, 12,139 cannabis roots destroyed were located in 75 parcels in nine different areas.

Meanwhile in a parallel operation, police destroyed 1,319 cannabis plants. Some other 515 cannabis roots were found in the villages of Kucova and Skrapar. Endi
