China offers aid to storm-hit Dominica

China will provide 300,000 U.S. dollars in cash as emergency humanitarian aid to Dominica, which has been hit by tropical storm "Erika," the Ministry of Commerce announced on Saturday.

It said the aid will help Dominicans rebuild their homes.

Erika killed at least 12 people and caused flooding and landslides on the island of Dominica. Endi
