China adopts law revision to spur exploitation of academic inventions

China's top legislature on Saturday adopted a bill that will give greater incentives to both academia and their inventors to commercially exploit their work.

The bill on revising the Law on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements, was voted by lawmakers at the end of a six-day bimonthly session of the National People's Congress Standing Committee. Endi
