An international music festival opened Friday in Russia's Far East city of Vladivostok, attracting about 300 bands worldwide.

The event features not only live concerts and open-air cinema shows but also lectures, panel discussions and creative workshops offered by musicians, experts of the global music industry and owners of festivals and music labels.
