Cuban Caballero wins discus throw title at Beijing worlds

Cuban Denia Caballero took the women's discus throw title at Beijing athletics world championships here on Tuesday.

Caballero nailed the gold medal on her first throw of 69.28 meters, beating Croatian Sandra Perkovic to the second place on 67.39m.
