One Saudi soldier was killed and three others were injured in an attack from Yemen in the border city of Jazan, Saudi Press Agency reported on Monday.

The Interior Ministry spokesperson highlighted in a statement that the attack occurred at 11:00 a.m. (8:00 GMT), in which the defence forces responded to the attack.

Tens of soldiers died in similar attacks since the beginning of the Saudi-led coalition against Houthis in Yemen on March 26.

Most of the attacks occurred during conflicts between the Saudi forces and Houthis at border cities of both countries. Endit
