China appoints new customs chief of HK

China's State Council on Thursday appointed Tang Yun Kwong as the Commissioner of Customs and Excise Department of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

The decision was made in accordance with the Basic Law of HKSAR and the nomination by Leung Chun Ying, HKSAR's chief executive, the State Council said in a statement. Endit
