Myanmar boxing attracts more foreign spectators

The number of foreign spectators of Myanmar traditional boxing has doubled from some 20 percent earlier this year to some 40 percent of total this month in the country, sources with Myanmar Boxing Federation Tuesday.

Most of the foreign audience are from Europe and they come to watch in groups.

They prefer the challenge matches between Myanmar and Thai boxers.

Foreign spectators are charged 5 U.S.dollars per head admission fee for boxing competitions between Myanmar boxers and from minimum 10 U.S.dollars to maximum 30 U.S.dollars for international matches. Endi
