Dollar trades in lower 124 yen zone in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the lower 124 yen range early Monday in Tokyo, almost unchanged from its levels in New York on Friday.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 124.37-41 yen compared with 124.25-35 yen in New York and 124.33-35 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Friday.

The euro fetched 1.1094-1095 dollars and 137.97-99 yen against 1.1105-1115 dollars and 138.10-20 yen in New York and 1.1127-1129 dollars and 138.35-39 yen in Tokyo late Friday afternoon. Endi
