Mild quake shakes northeast India

A 4.0-magnitude earthquake shook parts of north-eastern India on Saturday with no casualties or damages reported so far, said meteorological officials.

The quake originated in the Sikkim region at 11:12 a.m. local time (0542 GMT), said Meteorological Department.
