Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira was on Friday among 10 Europe-based players named in Brazil's U-23 squad for a September friendly against France.
Others to be called up by national coach Dunga included Barcelona midfielder Rafinha, AC Milan centre-back Rodrigo Ely and Real Madrid midfielder Lucas Silva.
Brazil's Olympic-aged team will meet France in Le Mans on Sept. 8.
The announcement came a day after Dunga announced a 24-man senior squad for international friendlies against Costa Rica and the United States next month.
Dunga, who took over as Brazil's U-23 coach in May, said he will use the match to begin planning for next year's Olympics, the only major international football tournament that Brazil has never won.
