Boston Celtics waive Zoran Dragic

The Boston Celtics have released Zoran Dragic recently, after acquiring the swingman from the Miami Heat last month.

Dragic, 26, began his professional career in his native Slovenia in 2004 and joined Spanish club Malaga in 2012. He signed with the Phoenix Suns last September and was traded with his brother to the Heat.

Dragic appeared in 16 games for Miami and the Phoenix Suns last season. He averaged 1.8 points in 4.7 minutes. Endi
