Ex-Brazil coach Menezes eyes Europe

Xinhua, August 8, 2015 Adjust font size:

Former Brazil coach Mano Menezes has completed a Uefa training course as he aims to kickstart his stalled career in Europe, according to media reports.

The 53-year-old has not coached since being sacked by Corinthians in December.

Brazilian news portal Diariosp said on Friday that apart from finishing a 45-day Uefa course, Menezes is taking daily English lessons.

He is said to have rejected offers to join Brazilian Serie A clubs Internacional, Sao Paulo and Santos as he focuses on Europe.

Menezes guided Brazil to 21 wins, six draws and six losses from 2010 to 2012. Endi
