Spanish stock market rises 1.16 pct, closes at 11,279 points

Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 1.16 percent on Wednesday to close at 11,279.50 points, up from the 11,150.50 points of Tuesday.

Indra A shares led rises climbing 8.80 percent, followed by Abengoa "B", ArcelorMittal, OHL, ACS and Gamesa that rose 5.08 percent, 4.72 percent, 4.01 percent, 3.73 percent and 3.53 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Ferrovial shares led falls losing 0.87 percent, only followed by AENA that lost 0.57 percent.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 133.10 points, which was slightly above the 131 points of Tuesday closing time, and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 2.077 percent, also above the 1.949 percent of Tuesday. Endit
