More than 100 people have been feared killed in back-to-back twin train mishaps at the same spot in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh late Tuesday night, a senior railway official said Wednesday.

"In the first incident, a passenger train, Kamayani Express, derailed on a railway bridge and five of its coaches fell into the Machak river. We fear some 100 people may have died in this mishap," he said, adding that another train, Janata Express, traveling to Mumbai, derailed on the same spot within minutes of the first accident. BOGOTA -- The National Police of Colombia confirmed Tuesday that a Blackhawk helicopter crashed in a jungle area located in the northern Antioquia department due to a mechanical failure, killing 15 policemen on board.

"The International committee of the Red Cross regrets to inform that as a result of this incident, 15 policemen were killed and two others were injured," a statement released said. (Colombia-Helicopter Crash)

NEW YORK -- The Legionnaires' disease outbreak in New York City has led to 86 people infected and 7 deaths, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced here Tuesday.

The mayor presented the updated figures at a news conference at Lincoln Hospital, saying that the current situation has likely already reached its peak and that cases will likely decline in the upcoming weeks.

ABUJA -- At least eight people have been confirmed killed in an attack by suspected Boko Haram members in Nigeria's northeastern state of Adamawa, an official said Tuesday.
