Dollar trades in lower 124 yen zone in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the lower 124 yen range early Friday morning in Tokyo deals, almost unchanged from its overnight levels in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 124.08-09 yen compared with 124.08-18 yen in New York and 124.14-15 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.0940-0941 dollars and 135.75-76 yen against 1.0926-0936 dollars and 135.64-74 yen in New York and 1.0964-0966 dollars and 136.11-15 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Endi
