Turkish super league giant Galatasaray bolster their midfield options by securing the transfer of 20-year-old Jose Rodriguez Martinez from Real Madrid, local BGN News Reported Monday.

Spanish U-21 midfielder Rodriguez will earn EUR 750 thousand annually on a four-year deal with the Turkish club. Galatasaray will pay Real Madrid 50 percent of a transfer fee should they sell the player.

Promoted to the first team in 2012 by Jose Mourinho, Rodriguez became the youngest player ever for Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League, when he took to the field against Ajax at the age of 17 years and 354 days.

The player had a loan spell in the 2014-2015 playing for Deportivo La Coruna. Endi
