Myanmar fishermen to be repatriated from India

Myanmar officials are planning the return of Myanmar fishermen who were detained for illegally entering Indian waters, official media reported Tuesday.

The detained Myanmar fishermen will be transported by Indian coast guard ships to Coco Islands in Myanmar waters, said the Global New Light of Myanmar.

Meanwhile, official data showed a total of 514 trafficked Myanmar citizens had returned home from Indonesia's Benjina Island earlier this year. Endi
