Urgent: Cuba reopens embassy in United States

Cuba raised its flag over the newly-restored embassy in Washington on Monday as the two countries resumed their diplomatic relations after half-century alienation.

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez attended the embassy reopening ceremony. He is scheduled to meet with his U.S. counterpart John Kerry later Monday. Endi
