"Xinhua Silk Road" info products promising: Russian ambassador

Xinhua, July 17, 2015 Adjust font size:

As information connection is of great importance for countries and regions involved in the China-initiated Belt and Road initiative, the "Xinhua Silk Road" information products are "quite promising", said Russian Ambassador to China Andrey Denisov.

The ambassador made the remarks on Thursday at the launch ceremony of the "Xinhua Silk Road" information products, which have both Chinese and English versions.

China's Xinhua News Agency unveiled the products, aiming to facilitate Chinese enterprises to do business in foreign countries along the belt and road and help foreign companies from these countries grasp business opportunities in China.

"The Belt and Road Initiative is a huge project which covers a range of countries of different economic, political and cultural backgrounds and various customs," said Denisov, "therefore, information plays a very important role."

Denisov has great expectations on the products, believing that they will help further promote the Euro-Asia economic development. Endi
