Earthquake of 6.4 magnitude hits northeast off Bathsheba, Barbados -- USGS

An earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale jolted 116 kilometers northeast of Bathsheba, Barbados, at 1516 GMT Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 5.56 km, was initially determined to be at 13.8291 degrees north latitude and 58.6414 degrees west longitude. Endite
