Xinhua, July 16, 2015 Adjust font size:

China's Xinhua News Agency launched a new line of information products in a bid to help global investors form better partnerships along the Belt and Road Initiative on Thursday.

The new "Xinhua Silk Road" products, designed and managed by Xinhua News Agency, aim to provide a platform for commodity trade and investment cooperation for governments and companies of countries along the Belt and Road, according to Cai Mingzhao, President of Xinhua News Agency.

The package is Internet-based and currently available in Chinese and English. It includes four major products and services - the Silk Road Database, Xinhua Credit Reports, Consulting & Thinktank Services and an interactive and business match-making Xinhua Silk Road IM System.

The Belt and Road Initiative is a trade and infrastructure network including the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road proposed by China in 2013. The network connects Asia, Europe and Africa and passes through more than 60 countries and regions with a population of 4.4 billion. Endi
