LME base metals rise mostly on Wednesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher mostly on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 2 U.S. dollars, or 0.04 percent, to 5,561 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 8 U.S. dollars, or 0.47 percent, to 1,709 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 34 U.S. dollars, or 1.86 percent, to 1,862 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 48 U.S. dollars, or 2.35 percent, to 2,087 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 32.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.28 percent, to 11,555 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 25 U.S. dollars, or 0.17 percent, to 14,650 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endite
