First Vietnamese wins Wimbledon title

The 18-year-old Ly Hoang Nam became the first Vietnamese to grab a title at the world's oldest tennis championships, Wimbledon, after he paired with Sumit Nagal of India to win the boys' doubles.

Nam and Nagal beat Reilly Opelka and Akira Santillan 7-6, 6-4 in the final. In the semifinals, Nam and Nagal defeated Miomir Kecmanovic and Casper Ruud.

Nam also became the first Vietnamese player to win a youth tennis accolade at a Grand Slam tournament. Endit
