Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) on Saturday held a solemn ceremony to mark the 20th anniversary of Srebrenica massacre.
A large number of people went to the Potocari Memorial Center, and dozens of foreign dignitaries attended the ceremony, including former U.S. President Bill Clinton, Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic.
Clinton, then U.S. president at the time of the Bosnia War, delivered a speech and apologized that people waited too long before the war ended.
"I never want to see another killing field like this," he told tens of thousands of people around the Potocari Center.
After the ceremony, remains of 136 newly-identified victims were laid to rest at the grave field around the Potocari center. Over 6000 victims had been identified and buried.
On July 11, 1995, some 8,000 Muslim men and boys were killed by Bosnian Serb forces. Endit
