Tokyo shares open mixed amid continuous Greek jitters

Tokyo shares opened the trading Friday mixed as investors' sentiment was still weighed by concerns over Greek debt jitters.

At 9:15 a.m., the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average lost 11.50 points, or 0.06 percent, from Thursday to 19,844.00.

On the contrary, the broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange edged up 12.41 points, or 0.79 percent, at 1,592.30. Endi
