China's top graft-buster exposes officials' decadence

Xinhua, July 9, 2015 Adjust font size:

The top disciplinary arm of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on Thursday named and shamed officials who had broken regulations relating to "righteous life and work styles".

The CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) released the names of people involved in 131 cases involving accepting bribes, embezzlement of public funds; using official cars for personal activities; lavish wedding banquets; dereliction of duty; rigging elections; and others.
