Chinese finance minister to attend development financing conference

Finance Minister Lou Jiwei will attend the third International Conference on Financing for Development from July 13 to 16 in Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying announced on Monday.
