Slovenian cyclist Marko wins Tour of Qinghai Lake first stage

Slovenian cyclist Marko Kump from Team Adria Mobil claimed a circuit race victory Sunday in the first stage of 2015 Tour of Qinghai Lake, putting on the first yellow jersey.

Marko also won the green jersey that represents the best sprinter ,while Qiao Feng from Ningxia Sports lottery focus cycling team was awarded the blue jersey that represents the best Asian rider.

The first stage is a seven-lap circuit race in Xining, capital city of northwestern China's Qinghai Province, covering 121 kilometers.

This year's Tour of Qinghai Lake will last 14 days and cover a total distance of 2,940 kilometers. Endi
