Chinese envoy to attend celebration in Cape Verde

Invited by the government of Cape Verde, a special envoy of the Chinese government will attend the celebration of the 40 anniversary of the independence of Cape Verde on July 5.

Cui Li, deputy director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, will be the special envoy, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying announced on Wednesday.
