Urgent: U.S. dollar falls ahead of major data

The U.S. dollar slipped against most major currencies on Monday as investors were awaiting the country's closely-watched employment report due out on Thursday.

In late New York trading, the euro rose to 1.1248 dollars from 1.1160 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 122.46 Japanese yen, lower than 123.85 yen of the previous session. Endite
