The death toll rose to 39 and 39 others were wounded in the deadly hotel attack on a tourist hotel in Tunisia's resort district of Sousse, the Tunisian Health Ministry said late Friday.

The death toll rose from initial 27 to 39 as critically injured victims died at the hospital, according to the ministry.
