Germany move into World Cup semis on penalties

Germany won penalty shoot-out 5-4 over France to reach the Women's World Cup semifinals on Friday.

Louisa Necib scored for France in the 64th minute but Germany's Celia Sasic converted a penalty for an equalizer with six minutes to go.

Germany will take on the winners between the United States and China next Tuesday. Endi
