Tokyo shares end lower by break on gains cash-in

Tokyo shares ended the morning session slightly lower on Wednesday as investors sought to cash in recent gains ahead of the outcome of a U.S. central bank policy meeting.

The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average lost 67.16 points, or 0.33 percent, from Tuesday to 20,190.78.

The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was down 3.99 points, or 0.24 percent, to 1, 635.87. Endi
