Urgent: Iran not to let secrets of country be revealed under NPT additional protocol: president

Xinhua, June 13, 2015 Adjust font size:

Iran will not allow secrets of country to be revealed with the implementation of NPT's additional protocol, Iran's President Hassan Rouhani said here on Saturday.

As with other countries which have accepted the additional protocol to Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) of nuclear weapons, "we will voluntarily implement it to be transparent over Iran's nuclear activities," Rouhani said, adding that "however, Iran will not allow the secrets of country, including military and technological secrets, to be accessed by others under the pretext of this treaty."
