Dollar trades in lower 124 yen zone in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 124 yen zone early Wednesday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 124.06-13 yen compared with 124.08-18 yen in New York and 124.62-64 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro fetched 1.1147-1148 dollars and 138.30-31 yen against 1.1145-1155 dollars and 138.34-44 yen in New York and 1.0948-0950 dollars and 136.44-48 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon. Endi
