Senior Chinese political advisor holds talks with Senegalese guest

Xinhua, June 1, 2015 Adjust font size:

Du Qinglin, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, held talks with Aminata Tall, president of Senegalese Economic, Social and Environmental Council, in Beijing on Monday.

China attaches great importance to developing ties with Senegal. The long-term, friendly and cooperative partnership established by the two heads of states in 2014 shows the future direction of the bilateral relations, said Du, who is also chairman of China Economic and Social Council.

Exchanges between the two economic and social councils are an important component of the China-Senegal friendship. China is willing to have closer communication with Senegal to boost the stable growth of bilateral relations, Du said.

Tall said Senegal was willing to enhance cooperation with China to better implement the consensus reached between the two countries. Endi
