Women's federation celebrates Children's Day

The All-China Women's Federation (ACWF) on Sunday held a ceremony in Beijing to celebrate International Children's Day.

Held at the Children's Center, the ceremony featured readings by children and their parents.

Shen Yueyue, president of the ACWF, said the ceremony was aimed at applying President Xi Jinping's remarks emphasizing family tradition and education as well as promoting the socialist core values and the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.

Shen said she hopes children can contribute to the Chinese dream and parents will raise children with family virtues and good traditions. Endi
