Dollar hovers around 123 yen line in early Tokyo deals

he U.S. dollar hovered around 123 yen line in early trading Wednesday in Tokyo, after hitting 123.33 yen, the highest level since July 2007.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 122.99-123.00 yen compared with 123.05-15 yen in New York and 122.52-53 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro fetched 1.0884-0890 dollars and 133.89-133.91 yen against 1.0867-0877 dollars and 133.80-90 yen in New York and 1. 0899-0901 dollars and 133.54-58 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon. Endi
