"Jurassic World" to debut in China

"Jurassic World", the fourth installment in the "Jurassic Park" series, will roar into Chinese cinemas on June 10, two days before its debut in the United States, its director and stars revealed on Tuesday.

Helmer Colin Trevorrow and leads Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard announced the release date at a press conference in Beijing, capital of the world's second-largest film market.

The dinosaur spectacular is produced by Steven Spielberg, director of the first two "Jurassic Park" films.

A 3D release of the original 1993 hit grossed over 350 million yuan (57 mln U.S. dollars) in ticket sales in the Chinese mainland in 2013. Endi
