Rockets fall to Warriors in game 3

Xinhua, May 24, 2015 Adjust font size:

After losing the first two games to the Golden State Warriors, the Houston Rockets met on Saturday night another setback by falling to visiting Warriors 115-80 at the Toyota Center, and this allows the Warriors to take a 3-0 lead in the Western Conference finals.

For the Rockets and their fans, Saturday night's game is so important that they have no choice but to win. In fact, the Rockets players led by James Harden had confidence to beat the Warriors led by Stephen Curry, but at last, they knew it was an impossible mission for them to let the dream come true as the Rockets had very poor offensives and defenses during this game.

Two different teams had different results, and of course, the Rockets were disappointed with their failure while the Warriors were overjoyed with their victory.

Because of their bad performance, the Rockets lost the halftime to the Warriors 62-37, and finally lost the game by having a 35 points gap with the visiting team.

For the Rockets, Harden scored only 17 points, Dwight Howard finished with 14 points and 14 rebounds.

Needless to say, Curry is the best player of the Warriors and he scored 40 points while his teammates Draymond Green and Klay Thompson added 17 points respectively for the Warriors.

The fourth game will be the critical one for the Rockets that will take place on Monday night at the Toyota Center. Endi
