Tokyo shares end lower by break

Tokyo shares ended the morning session lower on Friday as traders carried out moves to lick in recent gains after Nikkei's five-day rallies.

The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average lost 30.72 points, or 0.15 percent, from Thursday to end the morning at 20,172.15.

The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was down 5.70 points, or 0.35 percent, at 1, 641.10. Endi
